Face paper is another raw material that causes quality fluctuations, because the wood pulp and waste paper raw materials of domestic paper are not easy to collect in China, so the quality indicators of paper often fluctuate greatly, water content, water absorption, strength, wet expansion rate and other indicators are not uniform and unstable, which is easy to cause board stripping, grooving, gypsum board strength decline and other defects. Other auxiliary materials such as blowing agent and sticking adhesive are often wasted and affect the quality of gypsum board because there is no effective equipment to measure and control them.
