How is the gypsum powder produced? The crusher breaks the large-size gypsum ore into small pieces of 25 mm, and then sends the small pieces to the grinder. After grinding, the qualified gypsum powder is sent to the boiling furnace for calcination, and the unqualified part is sent to the grinder until qualified. After calcination, the qualified gypsum powder is sent to the screw conveyor through the elevator.

The screw conveyor sends the calcined gypsum powder to the silo for storage, and in the process, the gypsum powder is cooled. The dust collector is located at the top of the silo, and the unqualified part is sent to the grinder until it is qualified

The stored gypsum will be sent to the product warehouse through the steel impeller feeder, screw conveyor, elevator, and the final qualified gypsum powder will be sent to the warehouse or workshop. The top pulse bag dust collector will collect dust from the crusher, pellet bin. When dust and dust gas enter the dust collector through the inlet, large size dust particles will fall due to the increase in size and the decrease in wind speed. Small dust particles will be filtered through a filter bag. The filtered gas will be discharged through the outlet.
