The crushed Plaster is transported to the silo by a hoist. Silos are designed according to storage time requirements to ensure a stable supply.

The vibrating feeder evenly and continuously feeds the material into the mill for grinding, and then blows out the polished Plaster with a blower for classification by the analyzer. The qualified powder winds into the collector and is discharged through the pipe as the final product, which falls on the screw conveyor for the next stage of calcining. The whole wind system is closely circulated, and a bag dust collector is used between the air collector and the blower to filter the dust in the air and release it into the atmosphere to prevent pollution of the environment. Through the mill system, the size of the material changes from 0-30mm to 80-120 mesh, meeting the requirements of Plaster.
