 In summary, there are several main Plastering Equipment processes for Plaster powder:

(1) Calcine Plaster blocks and then crush them.

This method first places Plaster blocks in a soil kiln, chamber kiln, or vertical kiln for calcination, and then crushes and screens them in grinding equipment such as a wheel mill or ball mill to obtain the required particle size of Plaster powder.

The advantages of this method are simple Plastering Equipment and high efficiency in crushing the burnt Plaster blocks. The disadvantage is that the Plaster calcination is uneven, which can easily cause local dead burning and raw burning phenomena, and it is also easy to mix impurities such as coal ash.
