How is Plaster Processed and Automatic plaster machine working process

The raw material of Plaster powder is natural Plaster mine, and the production process of Plaster powder is mainly divided into five stages: crushing, screening, grinding, calcination, storage and transportation.

Crushing: The mined Plaster ore raw materials enter the crusher through the vibration feeder, and the crusher breaks the large size Plaster ore into small particles less than 30mm, and then waits for further screening treatment.

Screening: Use the vibrating screen to separate the incomplete large particles and impurities mixed in the crushed Plaster. By controlling the diameter of the screen, a suitable usable size of Plaster can be separated and sold as a cement additive. Or just move on to the next level.

Grinding: The sifted Plaster is uniformly and continuously fed into the mill through a vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground Plaster powder is blown out by the air flow from the mill blower and graded by the separator of the mill. The powder with qualified fineness is collected by the hydrocyclone and discharged through the powder discharge pipe, which is called terrestrial Plaster. The ground Plaster is transported by screw conveyor. As a soil conditioner, or transported to calcination.
