Plaster of Paris Making Machine

1. Jaw crusher

The feed particle size of the jaw crusher is ≤ 1200mm, the discharge particle size is 10-350mm, and the production capacity can reach 1-1000t/h. Suitable for coarse crushing of large blocks of Plaster, with strong crushing ability and high crushing ratio.

2. Impact crusher

The feed particle size of the impact crusher is ≤ 1300mm, with a production capacity of 30-2000t/h. It is suitable for medium to fine crushing of Plaster with low hardness and Mohs hardness level 2, and the discharge particle shape is good and the particle size is uniform.

3. Heavy hammer crusher

The heavy hammer crusher is a one-time crushing and one-time forming crusher suitable for crushing various medium hardness and brittle materials. The feed particle size is between 600-1200mm, the production capacity is 160-1100t/h, and the finished product particle size is around 3-40mm. It has the characteristics of large output, high efficiency, and low energy consumption and cost reduction.

Grinding stage

The grinding process is the core part of Plaster Machinery. After crushing, the Plaster is fed into the silo by a bucket elevator, and then evenly fed into the grinding machine by an electromagnetic feeder for grinding processing.
