The powder selection machine sends the Plaster raw powder that has reached the required fineness after grinding to the fluidized bed furnace for calcination, and the rest is returned to the mill for further grinding until it is qualified.  (2) Calcined crushed Plaster powder.

This method involves crushing raw Plaster first and crushing it in a wheel mill or squirrel cage crusher, then sending it to a frying pan or rotary kiln for calcination, and then screening and using it. The advantage of this method is that the ground particles are fully burned and of high quality. The disadvantage is that the moisture content of raw Plaster is high, the crushing efficiency is low, and it is not easy to stir evenly when frying Plaster.

(3) The grinding and calcination of raw Plaster are carried out simultaneously.

This method sends the coarse Plaster blocks into an air swept fast rotary powder mill for crushing, and the suspended Plaster powder is calcined in a suspended state in a hot gas burning tube. Then, the required Plaster powder is obtained by selecting the powder through wind power.
