Plaster refers to dehydrated plaster powder, also known as plaster powder. It is a type of drill produced by using raw plaster powder through a series of continuous production equipment. Raw ore storage and selection of plastering are made by calcining raw plaster, and approximately 1.3 tons of raw plaster can produce 1 ton of plaster powder. Raw plaster must be stored and carefully selected when transported from the mining site. Two problems can be solved through storage and selection: firstly, continuous production can be ensured, and production will not be suspended due to the temporary shortage of raw materials; During storage, manual sorting can be carried out to ensure product quality and produce qualified products. 

Crushing usually requires secondary crushing. The primary crushing uses a coarse crushing crusher to break the raw ore into smaller particles, usually with a particle size controlled below 8 centimeters. After screening, the larger particles are re crushed, and the smaller particles enter the secondary crushing using a hammer crusher through a belt conveyor. The particle diameter is controlled below 2 centimeters, and then enters the rotary kiln through a bucket elevator for calcination. The process of calcining satin is the main process for producing plaster powder, which is carried out in a rotary kiln.
