Raymond mill

The grinding process of Plaster usually uses Raymond grinding machine for processing operations. Raymond grinding machine is skilled in high-precision grinding of non flammable and explosive materials with a Mohs hardness of no more than 9.3 and a humidity of less than 6%. The feed particle size of the Raymond mill is ≤ 25- ≤ 30 mm, and the discharge particle size is 0.044-0.173 mm, with a production capacity of about 8-176 tons per shift.

Calcination stage

After the grinding is completed, the Plaster powder that meets the grinding standards is sent by the powder selection machine to the rotary kiln for calcination treatment. The cooked Plaster is sent to the storage bin for storage by the elevator, and materials that do not meet the requirements are further sent back to the grinding machine for grinding;
