Use of Plaster

Plaster is a widely used industrial and construction material. Plaster (caso 4·2H2O) can be calcined and ground to obtain β-type semi-aqueous Plaster (2 caso 4·H2O), that is, architectural Plaster, also known as plaster ofParis or plaster. When the calcination temperature is 190°C, model Plaster can be obtained, and its finenessand whiteness are higher than that of construction Plaster. If the raw Plaster is calcined above 400°C or 800°C, theflor Plaster can be obtained, which is slow to set and harden, but the strength, wear resistance and waterresistance of the hardened Plaster are better than that of ordinary building Plaster.1. Building Plaster:

mostly used in building mold ash, paint, masonry mortar and various Plaster products.

1.Model plaster: less impurities, white color, mainly used for ceramic culture craft, a small amount for decorative relief.

2.Floor plaster: mainly used for mold ash engineering, decorative products and Plaster board with higher requirements.

3.Plaster plaster: made of gelling material with an appropriate amount of retarding agent, water retaining agent and other chemical admixtures.
