1. Gypsum Powder Measuring SystemIt can measure the gypsum powder, it can transfer accurate gypsum powder intro Mixer or blender. The precision is ±0.5%.

2. Water Measuring system

The water measuring system is stainless. The precision is ±0.5%.

3. Blender or Raw Material Mixer

It is made of stainless steel, with washing device on machine cover to wash the adhered slurry on hopper in time and to ensure equipments to be clean. Its mixing device uses flash mixer to make slurry be quickly and evenly mixed in mixer.

There are two blenders. The cover of the mixer can be opened, so it is convenient for workers to operate. The Maximum volume is 800L.

4. Gypsum Block Shaper or Forming Machine

The surface is chromium-plated.

It is an automatic block compactor to make a block ready for strapping operation.

The dimension precision more than 0.04mm, which ensures the dimension precision of gypsum blocks. Its gland strips are made of macromolecule materials to avoid slurry leaking out.

5. Central Hydraulic Station

It can extract the pieces from the forming machine

The automatic grip system is picking the block pack and placing it on the pallet.

It is designed by two-dimension type, and its travel motor and grip lifting motor are all controlled by frequency conversion, with orientation precision less than 1mm to avoid damaging gypsum blocks. The gripping part uses imported super-thin air cylinder to make blocks have evenly clamping strength.

How to use gypsum block in the construction work.

Material requirements

1. Gypsum block should be stacked indoors and protected from rain and moisture.

2. Handle or install with care, and stack in a straight and heavy direction, with a maximum stacking height of no more than nine layers

3. The overall supporting auxiliary materials and accessories of the grinding block should comply with quality standards and usage requirements

Gypsum block  Construction conditions

1. If a guide wall is installed, the masonry of the block should not be carried out until the guide wall reaches the design strength

2. The location of water, electricity, heating and other equipment pipelines during installation should be indicated

3. The materials and construction tools provided for design and construction should be prepared to ensure that they are fully equipped

3、 Construction process

Setting out and installing partition walls, doors, windows, openings, wooden frames, arranging guide blocks, laying bricks, laying pipelines, and installing hanging components

4、 Construction requirements

1. Place the centerline according to the design drawings. Remove floating ash and excess mortar from the surfaces of walls, floors, roofs, beams, columns, etc. at the pre laid and positioned locations, and level the surface

2. Install the door (window) frame. When encountering the opening of a door (window) during masonry isolation, leave the door and window opening open, and then plug the door (window). When the size of the opening is less than 600x700, masonry can be built first, and then the opening can be opened

3. When designing a guide wall, bricks or precast concrete cushion blocks can be used, or cast-in-place concrete guide walls can be used. The center of the guide wall should coincide with the centerline of the block to ensure the correct position of the isolation wall

4. Calculate the number of blocks along the length direction of the front partition of the grinding block training and adjustment. If there is less than one block in the end, the blocks can be cut into the required sizes to fill the gaps.
