Scale and output: domestic gypsum board production line is only a 4 million m2 scale, from the economic scale requirements, the current production line below 1000m2 unit product investment income is small, high unit consumption, product quality is unstable, compared with large-scale production line investment profit rate is low.

High energy consumption and low control accuracy are the biggest drawbacks. The domestic heat consumption index of calcined gypsum powder per kilogram is 1881 ~ 2299KJ, and the power consumption is 0.081 KWhoKg, while the heat consumption of equipment in the United States and Germany is 1086KJokg gypsum of Paris powder, and the power consumption is 0.058 KWhoKg. Dryer evaporation per kilogram of water energy consumption domestic 4 million m2 production line indicators of 5852 ~ 6270KJ. The foreign production line can reach 2926 ~ 3135KJ.

 Fuels and raw materials

Fuel: Domestic production lines currently use coal as fuel for calcination and drying. Due to the large fluctuation of coal quality in China, variable factors such as calorific value, water content, dirt content and lumpiness of coal affect its combustion performance and have a great impact on the control effect of process equipment. How to use the abundant coal resources in China to provide fuel for the processing of gypsum board more effectively is an important issue facing the new gypsum board factory at present.
