Plasterboard equipment drying Principle: the high-temperature hot flue gas produced by coal combustion is returned into clean hot air through the heat exchanger, and is driven by the induced draft fan to circulate in the dryer to dry gypsum board.

Each layer of the dryer is equipped with multiple hot air nozzles, which can freely adjust the air volume of each layer of the dryer. The temperature adjustment of each layer of the dryer is easier and more uniform, the temperature difference of each layer is smaller, and the temperature difference between layers is between 2-4 degrees.

Each nozzle is equipped with multiple air outlets, which can freely adjust different wind directions of each nozzle, so that the moisture content error of the same gypsum board in different parts does not exceed 1%

The hot blast stove automatically adjusts the coal feeding amount according to the flue gas temperature, with high thermal efficiency. At the same time, the thickness of the insulation door and the upper bottom cover plate is 160mm (with thermal insulation rock wool inside), which has good thermal insulation effect, improves the drying efficiency of gypsum board, and saves energy obviously. Generally, the energy saving is more than 30%.

The tail gas recovery system and dryer hot air curtain system are added, and the temperature of exhaust gas is controlled to about 100 degrees to further save heat energy.

DCS control system, hot blast stove, dryer and tail gas replenishment system are adopted to form closed-loop control, automatically adjust various indicators, improve the degree of automation and make the production process control more stable.
