1. Plasterboard machinery Batching part of production machinery: elevator, silo, metering scale, dynamic foaming station, gypsum powder conveying (frequency conversion), slurry conveying system (frequency conversion), slurry mixing tank and vertical mixer. It mainly completes the process of quantitatively transporting gypsum powder from the silo to the vertical mixer through the elevator, conveyor, metering scale and other equipment, and then fully mixing and mixing with the slurry, foaming agent and other raw materials transported by the slurry pump, flow meter and other equipment according to a certain proportion to form gypsum slurry with a certain consistency.

2. Plasterboard machinery Forming and conveying part: select plate forming machine,    grooving and scoring machine, deviation correction machine,  automatic paper receiving machine, forming belt (frequency conversion), conveying roller table and other auxiliary equipment. The equipment in this part mainly extrudes the gypsum slurry formed in the batching part and the upper and lower layers of face protection paper into a fixed shape gypsum board through the plate forming machine, and transports it to the transverse part by using the forming belt, conveying roller table and other equipment. In the molding part, the thickness of gypsum board can be adjusted according to the actual needs of users. The adjustment range is 8-15mm, and the width of gypsum board is generally 1200mm. The total length from the upper and lower paper racks to the plate forming machine is 40m, the forming belt is 215m long, and the roller conveying is 68m
