Due to the successive production of large-scale production lines, if the production line is less than 10 million m2, it will be in a disadvantageous competitive position in quality, cost and image. In the near future, it will not be able to compete with mass production line products.

Strengthen the overall planning of the gypsum board industry, gradually form several large gypsum board groups according to the region, and build large-scale, high-level and professional gypsum board production bases.

Select some enterprises with basic conditions, cooperate with the design and research department, digest and absorb foreign advanced technology, jointly develop and develop new large-scale high-level gypsum board manufacturing equipment, focus on the development of forging equipment and drying equipment, so that China has made a breakthrough in the key issues restricting the scale of gypsum board.

The domestic production line under 6 million m2 has been put into operation for technical transformation, focusing on the opposite paper materials, gypsum raw materials, fuel homogenization, control equipment, forming machines, mixers, using foreign advanced design for modification, so that the quality index of the board to improve a level.
