The paper gypsum board is fed into each layer of the 12 layer dryer by a bridge distribution machine according to the program. The dryer is divided into two zones, using hot steam as the heat source. While the hot air paper gypsum board slowly moves forward in the dryer, it continuously exchanges heat with the longitudinally flowing hot air. The board absorbs heat, and the temperature rises. The free water in the board slowly evaporates, but it does not damage the crystalline water of the dihydrate gypsum. When the gypsum board is discharged from the dryer, its moisture content should be ≤ 1%. After the paper gypsum board is dried by a dryer, it is cooled through the cooling section of the dryer, and then orderly discharged from the dryer through the discharge machine.
Gypsum board production line Edge cutting and stacking section
The gypsum paper from the dryer is transported by a roller conveyor, a type 2 horizontal conveyor, and a laminating machine before being fed into the edge cutting machine for precise cutting to the required size. The finished boards are then transported to the stacking machine for stacking by the finished roller conveyor, and then transported by a forklift to the finished product warehouse for storage.
