Kiln 2# transverse section: it mainly includes the automatic control system of kiln and board discharging machine, 2# transverse conveyor belt, roller table, lamination, edge sealing, stacking lifting and pneumatic hydraulic solenoid valve to complete the automatic stacking process of gypsum board from board discharging acceleration to stacking.

Fan control system: according to the length and zoning of the dryer in the production line, the fan can be controlled by frequency conversion, and the fan speed can be automatically adjusted according to the temperature in the drying kiln (equivalent to adjusting the size of the damper in the ordinary way). The power saving effect is about 25% - 35%.
