Using a boiler to provide steam as a heat source, the steam is exchanged for hot air through a heat exchanger and then sent to the inside of a truffle dryer to complete the drying task. This dryer is divided into four zones and can effectively complete the drying curve of gypsum board, avoiding defects such as over burning and non drying.

After the dryer completes drying, it is fed into the horizontal system through the discharge machine to complete the fixed length cutting and fully automatic edge wrapping of the gypsum board. Then, it is transported to the automatic stacking machine for stacking through the finished product conveyor, and then transported to the packaging area for inspection and packaging using a forklift.
