From the perspective of the manufacturers that have been put into production and the manufacturers that are to be built, most of them are located in the eastern coastal zone, which is directly related to the rich gypsum resources in East China, the developed economy in the east, and the relatively developed gypsum board market. From the current operation of domestic designed production lines, there are mainly the following problems to be solved.

Compared with foreign advanced countries, domestic gypsum board production line paper gypsum board quality indicators have the following gaps:

Weight per unit area: gypsum board of the same thickness is 2Kg/m2 heavier than that of foreign countries.

Appearance: The domestic board has a large gap with the gypsum board produced by foreign equipment in terms of the flatness of the board and the shape of the edge, and there is more leakage at the sticky edge of the upper and lower paper, and the edge shape of the gypsum board is irregular. Therefore, gypsum board is prone to cracks during joint construction. Of course, at present, the quality of seam gypsum powder in our country is not too clearance is also one of the main reasons.

Moisture content: The moisture content of domestic plate fluctuates greatly, although the national standard stipulates less than 3%, but the actual production is often the edge water standard, the central water content exceeds the standard, or the moisture content in a batch of plates is relatively different.

Low plate deflection value: Because the domestic plate dodging does not use paper fiber, the maximum deflection of the produced plate is not as good as that of foreign products when doing surface construction, and it is easy to be brittle and easy to fold.
