1）Automatic Sending Board Machine

2）Cleaning Machine

If there has dust on the surface of gypsum board, it will effect the lamination and product quality, so before filming, we will dust the gypsum board, the cleaning machine includes directional roller and cleaner and dust collecting.

Before cleaning, the directional roller will locate the gypsum board position, it guarantee gluing accuracy. Cleaner is composed by 2 groups of polyurethane rubber roller, Shaw hardness of 60 degrees, and with good flexibility, and can not damage the gypsum board, and it can increase of friction coefficient. The cleaning roller adopts high nylon brush, it can brush wear and cleaned thoroughly.

3）double sided gluing machine

Automatic gluing machine is composed of glue storing tank, pump, automatic gluing system, PVC plastic recycling device.

In order to adapt different environments and different patterns of PVC film, we can adjust the glue layer thickness and roller pressure. Automatic gluing system realizes automation, when glue is insufficient, the pump will automatically open, when it reaches the level requirements, the glue pump will auto stop. During the coating process, dripping glue will be collected for recycling.

4）Double side film coating machine

Double side film coating system includes PVC film open device, directional roller, and film coating roller and wrinkle removing roller

In order to make gypsum board sticking with PVC film and foil closely and without folds, the film opening machine has constant tension system, when the paper roll diameter changes, it will maintain the same tension. Film wrinkle removing roller film eliminates the wrinkling problem effectively. Film roll is also using polyurethane rubber with good flexibility.

5）Automatic film cutting machine

Semi automatic laminating machine adopts artificial film cutting, not only with more labor intensity, and low film cutting accuracy.Automatic film cutting machine does not need worker, with high film cutting accuracy and work efficiency,

6）Second film lamination

After cutting the film, we will use one set second film lamination machine, it adopts 2 groups of polyurethane roller, so that the PVC film and aluminum foil and gypsum board bonded more firmly.

7）Accelerating Roller

According to the technological requirements, it has 2 groups of accelerated roller, it increases the PVC film and gypsum board bonding time, ensure PVC film without peeling with gypsum board.

8）Longitudinal cutting.

Longitudinal cutting includes belt machine and landing device and alignment device and chain and sawing machine and dust collecting device

9）Transverse move

It includes 2 groups of accelerated roller, aligned baffle, translational belt, lifting device

10）Transverse cutting

Transverse cutting includes sawing chain, sawing machine, dust collection device, conveyor belt.

Dust collector using pulse bag type dust filter bag, 120 Bags, sectional reverse blow.

Meet the national standard GB/T9775-2008, select the gypsum board with wedge edge, smooth surface, gypsum board standard can be  2440mm*1220mm*7.0mm-9.5mm

2、PVC decorative film

Width 1220mm, can also be customized, different color and specification according to market

3、Glue and packing material

Use special coated glue, wrapping tape (2mm wide general printing trademark
