Georgia-Pacific Holds Ribbon Cutting for New $325 Million Gypsum Wallboard Facility

Georgia-Pacific held a ribbon cutting recently for their  new $325 million gypsum wallboard production expansion facility.

The event was invitation only and included remarks by Georgia-Pacific president of the gypsum business, David Neal, Georgia-Pacific executive vice president of building products, Andy Konieczka and Nolan County Judge Whitley May

DECA Students from Sweetwater High School were also invited to attend the Georgia -Pacific ribbon cutting event.  DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.
