On the morning of June 1st, the opening ceremony of Saint Gobain Technology Materials (Henan) Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Yuzhou City, Henan Province.

Saint-Gobain announces the inauguration of a new plaster and plasterboard factory in Yuzhou, Henan province, China, to set foot on the markets of central and northwestern China. This is the sixth gypsum site of the Group in the country. This new site will produce high-quality paper-faced plasterboards and gypsum powders to respond to the strong demand of the local construction market.

On March 15th, the annual production of 450000 tons of calcined gypsum powder project by Hubei Shengfeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. began construction in Yujiahu Industrial Park, Baokang Economic Development Zone.It is understood that the project is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase will have an annual output of 450000 tons of calcined gypsum powder, accompanied by a production line for harmless treatment of 600000 tons of phosphogypsum per year.
